Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! But if something isn't right, here’s what you need to know:

– We accept returns within 2 days of delivery, only if the product is damaged and reported right a the time of delivery.
– To initiate a return, email us at funkarahdesignstudio@gmail.com with your order number and images of the item.
– Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
– Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and inspect it.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– We do not accept returns on sale items or custom orders.
– Shipping costs for returns to be paid by customer.

Please note: Minor variations in color and texture are natural in handmade items and do not qualify as defects.
